Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit per person is required within 14 days

Any changes to the confirmation of booking will incur a $100 fee per amendment

Cancellations 75 days or less from the date of departure are subject to a fee of $300 per person plus any airline cancellation penalties on issued tickets and up to 100% of total land arrangements

Passport information and full names are required 100 days prior to departure for ticketing

Prices are based on the current exchange rate and subject to currency fluctuations until full payment has been received.

If required, we can offer a discounted premium, not included in the travel cost. This benefit covers you for eight specific events related to coronavirus, such as contracting the virus causing you to cancel the tour or causing you to quarantine; a healthcare worker’s leave being cancelled; or you being denied boarding due to your suspected infection with coronavirus.
